Area Manager

Due to the ever growing estate within the UK, they are now looking for an Area Manager to lead the Birmingham Area. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this is a leading role within the Operations function and an opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark within a busy area.

This will involve leading a group of stores within the Birmingham area by ensuring Site Managers have the correct tools, training and guidance to drive the business forward and you will be the first point of call for all store queries, ranging from maintenance issues to recruitment within the area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail sector, proven success in achieving sales targets, experience working with MS Office and CRM System and knowledge of the fuel sector would be beneficial however this isn’t essential.

With a strong passion for retail and customer service, the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation and with a positive self-motivated attitude you will be able to work well under pressure, in a small team environment and people manage.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a Full UK Driving License.
