Team Leader - Children's

This organisation has a proven background in providing care and support to children and young people within residential and supported living settings across the North West.

The role is a 12 week temporary to permanent. This means that you will temp through BS Social Care and when you have completed a satisfactory probationary period.

For this role you will be supporting 4 young people within a residential service with general and emotion support, leading the shift, going out into the community, domestic duties, encouraging the young people to become more independent and liaising with third parties such as Social Workers and emergency services.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in different locations, various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined.

Applicants must have a proven recent background in health and social care or will have an NVQ or QCF level 2 or above in health and social care.

The pay rate for this role is £9 per hour which equals to £19,080 plus sleeps. The benefits for this role includes; free on site parking, enhanced company pension, recruit a friend scheme and childcare voucher scheme among others.
