Our client is a non-profit making organisation and any money they make is invested back into the association for the benefit of residents and local communities. They are one of the biggest housing associations in the North of England with over 38,000 homes mainly across the Yorkshire and Lancashire areas.
Due to expansion, they’re looking for a number of skilled Administrators to join their Lettings team in Wakefield. This role provides a professional, courteous and friendly service to customers along with a comprehensive admin support service to the Lettings Team.
It’s a varied role and you’ll be responsible for activating and maintaining housing applications for the group. Working closing with other team members and external organisations, you’ll be on hand to offer appropriate help and advice to customers by way of phone contact, face to face conversations and email correspondence.
Customer care is of paramount importance here and it’ll be your duty to ensure that any visitors are welcomed and dealt with professionally and promptly. You’ll also help to ensure that the reception area projects a professional image at all times.
To succeed in this role, you’ll already have experience of providing a comprehensive administrative service in a team environment. You’ll be highly customer driven and will ideally have previous experience of compiling, interpreting and using customer satisfaction surveys to drive and shape services.
