PQE: NQ - 5 PQE
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP50,000
Job Overview:
Our client is looking to recruit a commercial litigation solicitor to be involved in high value and complex UK and cross border disputes. The successful candidate will be based in the firms Sheffield office but there may be the requirement to work from the firms other office from time to time.
Typical work will include:
• Advising clients on dispute avoidance, preparation of strategies for managing claims including international arbitration, litigation, mediation or adjudication.
• Responsible for the drafting, reviewing and amendments of a range of litigious documents while advising clients and managing their expectations.
