This extremely progressive East London pupil referral unit is searching for a confident Deputy Head Teacher to join their open-minded leadership team and take on a new challenge a varied workload and to support Director of the school.

To be considered for this Deputy Headteacher role you must be an accomplished proven practitioner ready for a more senior role or a current assertive Deputy Headteacher seeking a new challenge who has extensive experience working with Special Educational Needs and experience as a school-wide leader. This Deputy Headteacher role is open to those who have a supportive leadership style and an inspirational style. The ideal Deputy Headteacher will have a love for developing their staff and an understanding on how to best maintain relationships with parents and governors.

This Deputy Headteacher Deputy Headteacher position involves contributing to the development and progression of the whole school. It will be up to you to ensure each member of your team are performing well, this may require you to work with them in one to one sessions as their mentor.
