HR Generalist / HR Administrator required for immediate start with super company based in Clevedon. This is an initial 3 month contract but there is a good opportunity for the role to become permanent.
A super company you will be working in the Head Office reporting to the Group HR Manager. The company employ circa 80 people in the UK and are a leading provider of solutions to the water industry.
The role is responsible for providing administration support to Group Services (with a particular focus on HR), Group Commercial and the Global Leadership Team as required.
As HR Generalist / HR Administrator responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support for all aspects of the UK HR function, including but not limited to; annual leave entitlement records, staff training requirements, contracts of employment, and the required maintenance of the HR software package associated with each of these areas.
- Assist with new employee induction process referring to the appropriate procedures.
- European fleet management in association with the Group's fleet providers.
- Providing coordination and administrative support for Group events (e.g. annual management conference).
- Provide administrative support where required for the European mobile phone contracts, landline contracts, and other electronic equipment liaising with IT as appropriate.
- Providing coordination and administrative support for Group events (e.g. annual management conference).
- Management of travel arrangements for Group employees as required.
As HR Generalist / HR Administrator you will have the following experience:
- Ideally CIPD qualified to level 3 or above
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including specifically the ability to manage and analyze data
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Self-motivated
- The ability to work well within own team
- The ability to work well across multiple teams comprising Group functions
