HR Administrator (Rem and Bens) - Stevenage - GBP24-28,000 plus benefits
Excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator (Remuneration & Benefits) to join this well known organisation in Stevenage.
Reporting into the Head of Remuneration and Benefits, you will support the HR Managers and HR Advisors within the team. Provide administrative support which includes:-
- Production of templates and letters for wide range of remuneration activities including salary review, promotions, bonuses etc
- Updating the HR System with changes to terms and conditions
- Initial point of contact for employee queries
- Administration of ongoing team activities including reward and recognition awards, season ticket loans, professional memberships, share incentive plans
- Preparation of monthly headcount data
- Merging and downloading data to support in the analysis of key trends
- Assist employees on HR policies.
You will need the following experience:-
- High levels of accuracy and outstanding attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, ability to use Mail merge
- excellent communication skills
- Self motivate with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of SAP HR (desirable)
