BS Social Care are proud to be assisting a large and reputable Care provider in their search for an experienced Children`s Home Manager. The successful candidate will be vital in assisting and supporting the smooth running, and provision of quality care to the children and young people using the service in Newcastle.

Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage the day to day running of the Service. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure that an excellent service is being delivered, and that the Service is compliant. Alongside this, the Home Manager will liaise with external professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young service users, and actively promote the home.

The ideal applicant must be able to meet the following criteria:
" NVQ Level 4 or above in Leadership & Management and an NVQ level 4 in Children and Young people
" Past experience of working with young people in a Residential setting
" Knowledge of Quality Standards 2015 for Children`s homes
