My client is currently seeking a floating support worker to join their established team based in Selby, providing support to vulnerable adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Selby District, this will include single people, couples and families. The main purpose of the role is to work with the above client group and assist them to sustain and maintain their accommodation, preventing homelessness and help them attain a more independent living.

You must have previous experience of working with a case load of clients & a knowledge of benefits, rent arreas & homelessness.

Due to the nature of the role you must be a car driver & have an enhanced DBS on the update service.

£9 + 45p mileage & parking paid for

This is a temp to perm position which will become permanent after 12 weeks. Interviews will be held throughout September
