Salary: £16,380 rising to £17,062 after successfully passing 6 months' probation
Location: Runcorn, Preston Brook
Shift/Hours: 37 hours per week. The hours of work are between 6am and 11pm, working 5 days out of 7 on a rotational shift pattern across 5 weeks.
Start date: Start dates throughout September, October and November 2018
As a Customer Service Advisor for First group, you'll be the first port of call customers of Great Western Railway, TransPennine Express and Hull trains. You could be handling calls or emails about anything from lost luggage to delayed trains. It's all about delivering a service that makes our customers feel valued, understood and listened to. So you'll need to be patient, warm and friendly with great listening skills and a certain amount of resilience.
