Contracts Manager - Hatfield
Excellent opportunity to work for a main contractor with a secured order book for the next 18 months, including new frameworks and exceeding financial targets.

Rate: - £60,000 - £65,000 basic + Car + Package
Location:- North London

Role Description

This role is working for a 1 billion turn over main contractor, working in their London division. As a Contracts Manager you will oversee a number of projects around the M25 region from the Home Counties to North London.

The projects vary from 10k - 1million in value part of larger frameworks worth 50million - 250million in value. These are typically term maintenance contracts from a simple refurbishment of a Residential block, housing School and Healthcare through to new cladding packages and new interior fit outs.

As a Contracts Manager you need to be able to run multiple frameworks from the client relationship through to the programme of works. With Site managers or Senior Site Managers running sites with your guidance reporting in to you. This role sees you reporting in to the Divisional Director, updating him on client progress meetings, programme delays and site costings.

The stakeholder engagement on site will be key as you could be working with repeat clients on the frameworks as well as 3rd party stakeholders. All need the same level communication and professional service a main contractor brings to the projects.

Required Experience
You need to be working at a Contracts Manager level i. running multiple projects or frameworks in the Construction sector. Ideally Term maintenance or similar style frameworks.
