An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the General Trades Team as a response repairs plasterer. You can be part of the team working across the city carrying out repairs and maintaining our properties.
With just over 28,000 homes and carrying out in excess of 70,000 repairs and refurbishing up to 2000 empty properties per year, we are one of the largest social landlords in the South West.
This is an exciting time within our service as customer satisfaction is high and we are embarking on new and exciting initiatives in the delivery of our responsive repairs service.
We are looking to recruit a plasterer to join the General Trades Team. The individual will need the relevant trade qualifications or experience and also be able to carry out ceramic wall tiling within occupied and empty properties within our housing stock. Good communication skills are also required in order to maintain high customer satisfaction.
As well as relevant trade qualifications/experience, you also require to be CSCS registered or demonstrate recent health and safety training and have a clean driving licence.
As part of the interview process a practical trade test will also be conducted.
