Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger administrator who can hit the ground running


Role profile:      

  • To provide essential processing of day to day transactions
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are coded correctly, posted and processed for payment
  • To carry out supplier statement reconciliations
  • Process expenses for the business
  • Dealing with accounts queries
  • Covering the Sales Ledger Clerk for holidays and sickness which involves allocating customers receipts, chasing and handling telephone enquiries
  • Updating spreadsheets and general admin

    Person profile:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and have good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good accurate IT skills, SAP knowledge preferable

    Essential criteria:

  • Previous accounts payable

  • AAT qualifications
