Call Centre/Sales Manager

Circus Starr is a unique not for profit touring circus transforming, enriching and inspiring the lives of children and families in the most need across the UK through the magical art of circus performance.

As our Call Centre/Sales Manager you will build, manage, motivate, train and develop an established and passionate team of B2B Telephone Fundraisers. It is especially important that you have previous experience of leading a team, setting objectives and training your team with a long term strategic goals in mind.

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic Manager who will embrace our culture while bringing new ideas.
