Primary Purpose of Role
This is a generic role that will work as part of a team to support and effectively deliver accurate, timely and customer focused services within the HR Hub Team to employees of the Trust and other clients.
There is a requirement to work across teams within the HR Hub to ensure that work pressures are covered.
The role will provide administrative support to the HR Hub team, undertaking data input, dealing effectively with customer enquiries, maintaining the document management system and providing generalist administrative support to all aspects of the teams delivery of service.
All administration across the hub including telephone work and written replies.
Monitor generic mailbox.
Understanding of data protection.
Knowledge of payroll or HR systems
Recruitment - employment checks,preparation of packs and support of applications for DBS Disclosurers.
Produce ID badges and data cleanse.
Dealing with new starters
Dealing with sensitive information and complying with data protection.
Must have good communication skills both written and oral. Strong IT skills, will be using MS Word and Excel, email and internet.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ability to work under pressure and to work to tight deadlines. Must be flexible and willing.
