We are currently recruiting for the biggest Senior Care organisation in the world! Our client is a lead trend setter and innovator. Their mission is to make aging pleasant and to enhance people to spend more peaceful and relaxing days.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

- Recruitment experience
-Experience in leading recruitment drives
-Experience in managing and coordinating Care givers and Client schedule
-Good understanding of recruitment legislation
-Good understanding of Microsoft Office
-Good telephone manner
-Office administration skills


Your responsibilities will be the following:

-To manage all aspects of recruitment
-Interview and assess all candidates
-Perform all relevant checks
- Keep all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date
-Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files
-Achieve targeted recruitment figures
-To be able to plan and maintain recruitment drives
-To organise rotas and staffing requirements
-Ensure all staff and clients are aware of working schedules
-Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members
-To undertake any support or admin duties as required by Franchise Owner or Care Manager
