Our client has an opportunity for an organised and conscientious individual to provide an excellent service to their clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements. You will provide a high quality administration support service to the team, processing ongoing business and renewals and ensuring that any changes to the client’s policies are accurately recorded. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that clients’ expectations are exceeded and that all communication and policy information are accurately documented.
With experience in a fast paced administrative role, it would be advantageous if you have experience of working within the insurance industry. You will be accustomed to achieving results and delivering exceptional service to clients. You’ll be confident and proactive with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, insurers and your work colleagues. A team player, you will also be able to work autonomously, planning your own workload and adapting to sudden changes in the priorities.
