A new position has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join one of our valued clients.
Do you have a keen eye for detail and commitment to achieving positive outcomes?

BS Social Care are recruiting for a qualified Social Worker to take up post with one of our well-known clients. You will be working closely with Directors, and Senior level Management to ensure the smooth running of new referrals and placements into their care facilities.

You will have experience and knowledge around the filtering and matching of individual referrals as well as a keen eye for detail to maintain the ongoing tracking of required documentation. Such as risk assessments, referral forms and clinical assessments of new referrals. You will have a good understanding of the children's care sector and be able to report your findings back to Senior Management. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to speak with people at all levels and provide leadership when required. You will liaise directly with Registered Manager's, Principals and Social Workers maintaining a high level of customer service and validity of information given. You will attend ongoing review meetings with different professionals to assess the effectiveness of current care plans and risk assessments. You will also have administration duties and work closely with the placement team.

The ideal candidate will be a HCPC registered Social Worker with 2 years post qualification experience however applications from similar backgrounds will be considered. You will be a good relationship builder and be target orientated. You will have good project management skills and the ability to assess risk using assessment framework. As well as excellent organisational and time management skills.

Requirements :-
- Educated to degree level in relevant Social Care field
- Masters degree in Social Work - Desirable
- 3-5 years experience in relevant role
- Understanding of working relationships between local authorities and children's agencies
- Strong communication and management skills
- Good IT and administration skills

For your skills and experience you will receive an annual salary of £34,105 - £37,105 depending on experience, Plus some excellent benefits.
