Part Time (35 hours per week)

Our client runs a 43 bed residential care home for older people including those living with dementia and complex needs. CQC rated them as ‘Good’ in all areas.

They are looking to recruit Day Care Assistants to join their diverse team in Leicester. 

Day Care Assistants will be required to support residents with personal care and day to day needs including social activities.

Full training given with the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications such as the Care Certificate.

You will need empathy, patience and compassion to support the residents as well as being proactive.

The ability to communicate and write daily notes is essential.

Flexibility is required to work a variety of shifts including weekends. Generally shifts start at 7.45am to 14.45pm with late shifts starting 14.30pm through to 21.00pm
