Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency)
A highly reputable, independent Estate Agents in Cranleigh require an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a rarely available role and a chance to establish a career within a fantastic company.
Working as part of a team, responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator will include:
* Registering applicants
* Arranging and attending property viewings
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
* Booking valuations
* Canvassing for stock
* Progressing sales through to completion

To be considered for this role you'll be a professional, well-presented individual with outstanding customer service skills. Tenacity and determination to ensure the best result is achieved for both the clients and the company is a must! Previous experience working within estate agency is required.
The salary package offered will range depending on experience, from GBP15,000 to GBP18,000, plus an office commission structure with OTE around GBP30,000 - GBP35,000. A car allowance will also be offered. The successful candidate will work a 5 day / 6day working week rota (every other Saturday).
Please note a full driving licence and own vehicle is an essential requirement for this role.
