We are recruiting for charitable organisation who provide transformational leadership programmes and they are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join them on a 12month maternity contract.

This could be a full-time role or the client would consider 4 days a week.

Salary up to GBP27,500 per annum (pro-rata if part time)

The position is based in Windsor

Office hours are 9.00-5.00

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

??Work flexibly across and beyond the team to develop bespoke multi-channel marketing campaigns, embracing digital innovation and the effective use of CRM to deliver the best return on investment for the organisation.

??Prepare and integrate marketing and communications planning and delivery, , to deliver brand leverage and a consistent messaging and marketing approach for all activity which including events, programmes and alumni relations

??Maintain, develop and manage the organisation's presence online, including their website, social media, display and e-newsletters.

??Gather, create and edit content for Windsor Leadership's website and social media accounts

??Manage relationships with external agencies (to include brand and print), commissioning new marketing materials when required

??Identify opportunities, needs and resources required to deliver the organisation's objective

??Draw on external data, trends and good practice to champion innovation in marketing in order to increase relevance and diversify alumni involvement

Skills and experience:

??Ability to build collaborative working relationships with external professionals, alumni and volunteers, as well as internal team members.

??Project Management skills - Ability to manage small sized projects over short term horizons

??Excellent written communication skills including copywriting and ability to adapt style across a range of marketing channels, including social media.

??Ability to empathise and support managers in their decision-making through provision of data

??Customer service focus with the ability to exceed customer's expectations

??Ability to manage delegated budgets on behalf of operational managers and senior managers as required

??MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

??Experience of using email platforms, such as Mailchimp and website

??Good communication skills

??A minimum of two years practical experience of working in a marketing role, including digital marketing

??Track record of managing and delivering innovation

??Adherence to brand standards and values

??Experience of working with agencies

??Organising and presenting marketing strategies

??Previous experience of a charitable environment

??Previous experience of managing social media communities
