Do you have experience and passion for Agricultural Machinery? Are you based in the North of the UK?

We are currently recruiting for a market leader in the Ag Machinery industry to help source them a Northern Territory Manager to focus on the promotion of the company, within the designated geographic area, to achieve personal sales targets in accordance with the company's strategic plan.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Responsible for delivering forecasted sales in line with the set KPI's, through established dealership networks and via direct sales (where dealers are not currently present) in the above territory.

* Support and development of existing dealerships and regular monitoring to ensure agreed sales targets are met.

* The provision of training, as required, for new and established dealerships.

* The development, and expansion of, the dealership network in the northern territory as defined above, in accordance with the company's strategic objectives.

* The appointment of new dealerships and increased volumes, within the above territory, in accordance with the company's growth strategy.

* Plan and co-ordinate demonstration circuits (with dealerships and in direct sales areas).

* Regular attendance of sales meetings, either on-site in Suffolk or via skype and provide updated reports on sales achieved, potential sales etc.

* Market intelligence and business strategy; to increase sales volumes and revenue generation in patch.

* The follow up and distribution to partners of all leads following attendance at trade shows, exhibitions, site visits etc.

* Monitor competitor activity and ensure regular updates are provided to the UK Sales Manager and/or Commercial Director.

Previous experience of working as a Territory Manager/Account Manager within the Agricultural Machinery industry is an essential. Ideally you will have a network of contacts within the Northern region of the UK. You will be driven, motivated and passionate about the products you sell.
