As part of the Customer Services Department you will be required to ensure that a justifiable balance is maintained between customer requests, production scheduling and capacities.

Responsibilities include:

* To correctly interpret customer requests and schedule deliveries to suit both the customer and production capacity.

* To ensure that a high level of communication is established and maintained with both internal and external customers.

* To achieve a well-balanced and effective production schedule

* To contribute any ideas that could improve your own and team performances

* Ensure 100% accuracy of information at all times

Skills & Knowledge:

* Experience in a Customer Service environment role, and evidence of being an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels

* Excellent analytical skills

* Excellent telephone manner

* Dealing with difficult people effectively
