We are seeking to appoint someone who is forward thinking, innovative and has a proven track record in outbound b2b sales. Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage although training and support would be given to someone who shows natural flair and talent and is looking to embark on a supervisory career.
You will need to be well organised, have excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and close a sale. Business exists throughout the year, however, there is an element of seasonality and this is a great time to be joining the team as we go into our peak period where opportunities are soaring!
In addition to motivating and leading the team, you will have the opportunity to shine with your own lead conversion through closing sales. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to present data at all levels throughout the organisation.
The Person
This Telesales Supervisor role would suit someone with previous outbound sales experience in a b2b environment with either previous supervisory experience or looking for the next step. You will be passionate, energetic and have a natural infectious go-getting personality!

Bonuses of the Telesales Supervisor
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon- Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm however flexibility is required around business needs
Holidays: 25 days holiday
