Junior Sous Chef - 4 star hotel - up to 26k

Our client is a contemporary 4 star hotel in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. With 160+ bedrooms, a busy Banqueting department, 1 AA rosette restaurant, Lounge Bar and In room dining.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to help head up to management team in this busy kitchen.

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have the following:

• Experience of working in hotel or equivalent level restaurant as either a Junior Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie looking for a step up
• Happy working with fresh food
• Rosette experience desirable but not essential
• Be a passionate chef looking for a new opportunity
• There is no live in available so you need to live locally with own transport

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to work within an established kitchen team and assist in taking it to the next level.
