My client is a group of amazing Hotels set in beautiful countryside and their hotels are full of great people??? A great team.
I am actively seeking 2 x Assistant Conference & Banqueting Managers to oversee the day to day operation of the Conference and Banqueting department and team.
Assisting the C&B Manager with the day to day management of Food and Beverage operations ensuring company standards are maintained and delivered at all times.
Supervision of the operations teams within these areas.
Ensuring guests satisfaction is achieved by managing service levels across these areas.
Dealing with any guest issues to ensure a satisfactiory resolution to any concerns.
Assisting the head of department with rotas, stock control, ordering, team communication.
Liaison with other relevant hotel departments.
Deputising in the absence of the head of department.
Supervising, coordinating and participating in the activities of the Food and Beverage department, personally to ensure standards are maintained and improved upon
Attend catering meeting to ensure all relevant questions are raised regarding the upcoming business
Looking ahead at the business and planning staffing levels, equipment hire and replacement goods accordingly
Assist the C&B Manager in training personnel (keeping records), conducting meetings and briefings in order to maintain standards
Ensure cleaning schedules and procedures are carried out on a daily basis
Ensure all charges are raised correctly every day
Order goods over EPIC and ensure excellent supplier relationships
Experience within a Food and Beverage or Conference and Banqueting environment
Supervisory experience will be a distinct advantage
Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy environment.
