We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a temporary contract Credit Controller to join a highly successful and desirable organisation located in Milton Keynes.
As a Credit Controller you will be the first point of contact for the depots you will be supporting, chasing overdue debt along with resolving any customer enquiries.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Fleet customers,
representing the client as their designated point of contact.
Ensuring invoicing issues are discussed with customers and brought to
Thorough understanding of individual customer specific MLA (Master
Lease Agreement) requirements, to ensure that invoicing is consistent with
Accurate allocation of funds on customer accounts.
Monitor customer accounts against agreed payment terms and preventing
Maintain designated customer ledger to provide the Finance Manager with
Feedback to Account Managers on issues raised by customers, missed
payments or potential defaults and visiting customers where required.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of collection practices, FCA and Data
Protection impacts, developments and regulations through various
Adherence to customer specific and team service levels.
Resolving process failures through discussion with Quality Assurance and
feedback to other colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and enjoy multi-tasking with a `hands-on` and flexible attitude.
