Are you looking for casual work in a dynamic customer service organisation to suit your lifestyle?

You will be required to work on a casual basis, dependent on the needs of our client.  Your main role will be working within the Customer Service Centre, providing an efficient and responsive service to all customers both on the telephone, in writing and face-to-face.  In this role you will provide routine housing management advice e.g. advice on rent accounts, payment methods, transfers and mutual exchanges. Their office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

They are looking for friendly and proactive communicators who can work flexibly in a continuously changing environment.  As a team member you will need to provide services to a diverse range of customers.  You will also have strong customer focus skills and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to use a variety of IT systems is essential. Up to 2 weeks full training and support will be provided.
