Job Description-

- Producing daily schedules for operatives using the planner.
- Manage works requiring follow on works and other issues experienced by operatives.
- Managing and dispatching emergency and urgent works to ensure SLAs are achieved.
- Managing and dealing with access denied and failed attendances.
- Liaising with operational supervisors on a daily basis to sign off schedules, ensure operational workforce is best utilised and all SLAs are achieved.
- Ensure all scheduling and work planning is correctly entered into the system to ensure audit trail of all activity is accurately recorded.

What is required of the role -

- Previous helpdesk and dispatch planning management experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills across all channels - face to face, written and verbal.
- Experience and proven skills in helpdesk call processes and processing.
-Experience and skills in planning, prioritisation and allocation of works to operatives.
