We have a new exciting position as a Conference/Front House Assistant available on a Temporary On-going contract. You will be working for a well known established company in Cambridge. Please see Job Duties below;
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Work closely with Facilities Assistant to coordinate conference room use and on conference room set up requirements
o Performs furniture/conference room set ups to clients standards including the occasional bespoke room set up
o Daily inspections on all meeting rooms to ensure they are clean, tidy and all equipment working as it should
o May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific requests
o Liaise with internal and external clients and to contribute to the provision of excellent customer care through the use of good inter-personal skills and an innovative approach to problem solving
o Support the Facilities Team, attending to problems associated with the facilities and maintenance of the site and to ensure they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
o Occasion reception desk cover when required
o Ensure external areas are kept clear and tidy, including clearing of snow as required in poor weather conditions
o Carry out basic checks ensuring health and safety throughout the building is adhered to
o Move furniture and equipment and assist with office moves
o Undertake any training required in order to develop skills and competencies as appropriate
o Collaboration and communication with Hospitality Team
o Carry out any other tasks as are reasonably required by the Facilities Coordinator
