Maritime Claims Handler

I'm currently representing a global firm based out of Cardiff looking for a Maritime Claims Handler.

Ideally you will have a maritime qualification or experience in a marine/shipping claims role.

Client Details

The client operates in the insurance field, managing claims for their clients. They have over 10,000 employees globally and are known for their excellent progression scheme. You will also have private health care after your probation.

Description

You will be responsible for:

- Managing the shipping/marine claims process from start to finish

- Managing your own case load

- Liaising with your clients and policy holders making sure they are happy

Profile

The ideal candidate will have either:

1) A Maritime qualification/degree

2) Experience in a marine/shipping claims position
