Call Centre Agent Required in Bristol City Centre

This role is working from Monday to Friday, 9-5 for a healthy pay rate of £9 per hour. Brook Street have a very close working relationship with this client and the management are excellent. They are very supportive and match the modern working environment there.

We will be able to give you almost everything you need to know on this! So that, should an interview be offered to you, you will be as prepared as possible!
The duties of the role will be to take inbound calls and emails from other branches of our client. You receive calls from people who are technically your colleague so none of them are malicious or negative. The calls will consist of colleagues quoting a Purchase Order to you and you will need to navigate through the system and look to solve their query. Questions will be along the lines of "Could you please tell me why we've been overcharged/undercharged?"
