CSC Advisor - Part Time

We have a new and rare opportunity for Part-time Customer Service Advisor role in the Tadcaster area working an 18 hour contract within an established team.
The role involves providing outstanding customer service and providing technical individual advice in order to fault fix over the phone. You will be liaising with various departments to ensure that customer requirements are met within a timely manner and completing customer satisfaction surveys over the phone.
Days worked would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday with set hours with the company offering various benefits including private healthcare and a structured training and development plan.
