CDS Executive Administrator
Thames Valley Park, Reading

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Executive Administrator. This is a contract role based in Reading until 30th June 2019.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £26,000 - £29,500 depending on experience

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Consumer and Device Sales (CDS) team within our company, supporting the CDS UK and Ireland Leadership Team, specifically Directors of Device Sales; Retail Sales; Channel & Device Marketing plus other sectors with time-sensitive tasks. The CDS team works with ecosystem partners to build, market and sell a winning portfolio that delights customers and earns fans around the world!

As the EA for the Leadership Team, you will work to deliver the highest possible level of executive administrative. The successful candidate will ensure that CDS UKI team runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible by: handling and prioritising all internal and external requests for calendar time and travel requests.

Required skills include: initiative, highly accountable, professional, proactive, interactive, trustworthy and confidential, resourceful, and energetic. Looking for someone with high level of organisational skills, intellectual horsepower, and ability to deal with ambiguity. Experience of working in a fast-paced Sales and Marketing environment would be extremely beneficial. The successful candidate must have outstanding communication and operational efficiency skills and be comfortable engaging with senior execs inside and outside of our company.

Responsibilities
A typical day in this role can include:
" Calendar management and expense reporting for the CDS Leadership Team. Tasks to include re-occurring meetings, 1:1s, ad-hoc internal and external meetings
" Screening and prioritisation of all incoming requests through knowledge of managing calendars
" Support for time-sensitive travel requests, outside of group bookings

" Highest degree of judgement, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively

" Experience managing international travel arrangements
" Excellent written and verbal communicator

" Precise, methodical and able to deal with detailed information
" Good interpersonal skills; diplomacy and ability to handle conflict and ambiguity well

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" A degree-qualified (or equivalent) candidate in business studies, administration or communications would be advantageous but is not essential.
