I.T.S Construction are currently recruiting for a Freelance Foreman to help manage the brickwork of a commercial project in Swansea. The suitable candidate will also be co-ordinating the labour force and aiding the management in fulfilling the schedule of works. Applicants must have a committed 'hands on' approach, practical experience of construction supervision/management in regards to brickwork.
Typical duties include:
• Supervising and monitoring construction progress of brickwork.
• Reporting to and consulting with Site Managers.
Necessary qualities:
• 'Hands on' experience of mid/large construction sites.
• Hold a valid CSCS and SSSTS (and ideally First Aid Certificates).
