Resourcing And Project Manager

Are you an experienced resourcer looking for a change up in job role? Our unique client is seeking an experienced Recruiter/ Project Manager to join their busy team.

My client based in Wallingford is looking for someone with excellent resourcing skills to join their vibrant marketing team on a long-term permanent basis. Your role as a resource and project manager will involve managing and organising events for Graduates as well as sourcing graduates to attend and marketing the events to a targeted audience. You will be dealing with clients and candidates on a daily basis and therefore will need to have excellent communication skills.

To be considered for the Resourcing and Project Manager role, you need to have at least 1 year experience working within a resourcing/recruitment/events position and have the drive and creativity to organise and market events for your clients. You need to be a highly organised individual who is outgoing and happy to speak to clients and candidates at all levels. You will need to have work experience in a university environment along with some events/project management.

The company are offering a great package for this role including a competitive salary up to £24,000 + Bonus of £1000 - £1,500, 25 days holiday + bank holidays as well as a 3% contributory pension scheme.
