We are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant for NHS England based over in the Monks Cross area, working Monday to Friday on a 37 hour week.
Your General Duties;
"Provide specialist administration support and advice to the teams and/or Sector
"Log and administrate complaints
"Take telephone calls for the Area Director and wider Area Team, and use initiative to deal with phone calls and messages.
"Sort and prioritise all incoming mail and e-mail, distributing as appropriate
"Provide effective administrative/PA support to the Area Team Director
"Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing and mail-out distributions
