Our client has a new opportunity for a Head of Client Reporting to manage the team and ensure all client reports are transparent, accurate and meet best practices. With strong experience within financial services, you must have a detailed understanding of data and be an expert  at constructing reports and act as the subject matter expert for Client Reporting issues.

Analytical with a meticulous approach to work, you will ensure that all processes are adhered to at all times and identify improvements to managing operational risks. You will be aware of any breaches (i.e. CASS / data protection) and ensure that they are resolved effectively and quickly. With management experience, you will be responsible for day-to-day team management, monitoring workloads to ensure that resources are available and that workflow allocations meet the demands of the business.
As the Head of Client Reporting, you will be expected to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, third party service providers and regulatory bodies, conducting service reviews and ensuring that we maintain a robust control environment.

You will be IOC qualified (or equivalent) and have a successful background in a similar management role in financial services / wealth or investment management and will have a good understanding of CASS and data protection. With experience in a similar data / client reporting role, you will be able to develop solutions to drive processes and be accustomed to reviewing complex data to anticipate potential risks. You will be client driven and able to identify weaknesses in processes, ensuring that solutions are adopted.
