We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded local disability charity rated as Good with CQC in each of the 5 key lines of enquiry areas.

We provide invaluable, tailored support to adults, young people and children living with disabilities within Stockport & surrounding areas.

The charity works closely with service users and their parents/carers to offer a range of activities designed to maintain and improve individual`s quality of life by broadening experiences and developing networks in their local and surrounding area.


As a Head of Community Services you will report directly to the Head of Service and will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of locality managers and be accountable for effective operational management and delivery of a safe, high quality and cost effective service.

This includes ensuring that your locality is fully resourced in terms of staff that services are being delivered in line with agreed person centred support plans and that individual outcomes are being achieved.

It is essential that you have:
- Hold the Registered Managers Award or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Health & Social Care

- A minimum of 3 years' experience of Community based/Domiciliary work

- Two years' experience of Community/Domiciliary services management

This role will be predominantly office based at head office in Hazel Grove, with some travel required to the local services.



Working 37 hours per week Mon-Fri (6 Hours per day) between the hours of 8am - 6pm
