We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator who will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service across a range of activities whilst providing that same high-quality service to our tenants and colleagues.

The role will include updating internal databases to ensure records are accurate and up to date, dealing with customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, and covering all reception duties. The role will be leading on Universal Credit administration which includes; providing support to tenants to claim and manage their Universal Credit accounts effectively, preparing new claimant details and updating the landlord portal.

This is a varied and challenging role and you must be able to multitask and prioritise work as well as have the confidence to work on your own initiative to problem solve and make decisions. An understanding of Welfare Benefits and Universal Credit is desirable for this role however full training will be given. The most important thing we are looking for is an experienced administrator with a can-do attitude. Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and the ability to be flexible and innovative is also important to us.
