We have an exciting Community Fundraising vacancy for a driven individual to work within a friendly team and help the charity achieve its income targets within the local area.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work within a friendly fundraising team on some inspirational community led fundraising projects and events that help children and their families.
Community Fundraiser
Permanent, Full time
Tring, Hertfordshire
GBP22,000 per annum
Duties to include:
* Support Community Fundraising Rennie Grove-led initiatives and supporter-led events
* Develop new and maintain existing Rennie Grove supporter and volunteer relationships to maximise short and long term fundraising income potential
* Be a recognised and trusted face of Rennie Grove within the local community
* Provide Rennie Grove supporters with a comprehensive level of support for their events and community fundraising activities.
* Provide advice for Rennie Grove supporters organising their own event
* Develop and support relationships with key local community groups, educational establishments, faith groups, clubs and associations to maximise on-going support and income potential.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven interest or experience in events and/or community fundraising
* Ability to work with a volunteer network
* Ability to build relationships with key figures in the community
* Outstanding planning, organisational and implementation skills
* Outgoing with Excellent customer service skills
* Drivers licence and access to own vehicle essential
