FINTEC recruit is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator. This is a permanent position with a salary of £18,000 to £24,000 plus commission structure. Experience in working in the property sector. This role is based in Twickenham.
Responsibilities:
- Daily calls to applicants and landlords and booking and conducting viewings
- Carry out a key audits
- Take pictures and draw up floorplans of new properties
- Contact landlords and tenants regarding offers
- Good organisational skills and diary planning
