Staffline are looking to recruit a Trainee Mill Setter based in Wellingborough
The successful candidates will be trained to adjust controls to ensure conformance with specified tolerances. To position and secure work pieces on machines, using holding devices, measuring instruments, hand tools, and hoists.
They will also learn to work orders to access work pieces specifications and to determine tooling instructions, tools and materials needed, and sequences of operations.
You will receive dedicated training from a trained member of the Team
You will be responsible for the following:
* For the running and up keep of the machine
* Ensuring the product spec is kept to plan at all times
* At times changing the sizing on the machine which may involve heavy lifting
* Reporting any quality issues to your supervisor
* Keeping in line with paper work and health and safety
Be able to rectify small running issues based within health and safety
We are currently looking to fill a 6am-2pm shift and a 2pm-10pm shift both of which are Monday to Friday roles
