Telecoms Sales Team Leader
Our client is a fast growing company with an exciting feel to their bright and vibrant offices. They are looking to grow and are therefore creating new opportunites within their sales department. They have an exciting role for a sales driven motivator to join their Head Office in Borehamwood where you will have the opportunity to grow, develop and motivate a Telesales Team within this competitive Business to Business, corporate environment. The ability to grow and develop is unlimited along with the potential to smash targets and earn excellent commission on top of a generous basic.
Duties
Working closely with the Sales Director and CEO to identify Telesales candidates
Train new sales staff
Contacting new and existing clients and introducing the company
Generating leads and sourcing the names of decision makers
Motivate the sales team
Lead and work alongside the team and most importantly lead by example
Work to individual and team sales targets
Produce daily, weekley and monthly reports
Work to KPIs
Keep up to date with coaching trends to retain and grow the team
