With year on year growth averaging 37% per annum we are looking to add an additional Recruitment Resourcer to the team. Recruitment Resourcer responsibilities:

* Play an active part in the team to recruit for industrial, logistics and manufacturing staff
* Networking to attract candidates utilising social media and industry events
* Fill bookings with suitable candidates that meet client criteria in order to achieve revenue
* Offer an outstanding level of customer care to all clients and candidates
* Use recruitment software, social media and company database to search out candidates by skills and experience
* Interview candidates for client roles
* Spec out candidates to consultants to create booking opportunities
* Achieve monthly budget and service KPI's as set by the Management
* Work to company standards and systems
* General administration and computer work
* Processing payroll from time to time

Recruitment Resourcer skills and experience:

* Enthusiasm and drive
* Great communication skills written and verbal
* Customer service experience
* Recruitment experience beneficial but not essential
* Some understanding of manufacturing and or logistics beneficial
* Confident and proactive approach to work
* Highly organised
* Able to work as part of a team
* A good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
* Driving licence beneficial

Recruitment Resourcer Benefits:

* Basic starting salary GBP16000-GBP18000 per annum depending on experience
