Summary of the role

• In-house creative, digital graphic design; branding, brochure design through compelling and innovative marketing communication materials and contents
• Website management though CMS on a regular basis
• Work with development agency and assist in the design and coding of the website and other social media channels
• Working with website optimisation and Web content creation
• Producing videos, both live action and animated
• Concept and design graphics for Trade Shows would be a plus

Required Skills:

The Design and Web Executive will ideally have the following skills/qualifications:

• An excellent experienced designerwith the ability to translate business objectives into high quality brand communications. Excellent eye for detail.
• A degree or equivalent in Graphic Design and Arts together with at least 3 years working experience in an agency or client side
• High communication skills and strong skills in using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro
• Strong creative, typography and design expertise is essential
• Working experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing, lead generation, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords would be a definite adavntage
• Experience of using CMS (CS Cart) and/or Basic HTML coding ability or Wordpress
• Email, website and digital asset management
• Highly organized and with the ability to react quickly to changing demands, priorities and deadlines.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint
• Ability to priorities work load and multi-task
• Able to use initiative and to work in an organised fashion, often under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills, 'Can do', 'working together mindset'and positive attitude
• Team working skills, confident, exceptional attention to detail, discrete, trustworthy and reliable
• Aware of the latest design and advertising trends
• Passion for pets with the appropriate marketing skills would be a great advantage for this role

Package

• Salary offered between GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 depending on experience
• 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holiday
• Company bonus subject to achieving annual target
