Telesales Agent
N&J Agencies (an appointed representative of SecureHealth)has an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Agent / Appointment Maker to join our established team based in Edgware, Middlesex. You will work on a part-time permanent basis, and earn a highly competitive salary of GBP7.83 per hour + excellent bonus structure (OTE up to GBP16+ per hour).
What will I be doing as a Telesales Agent / Appointment Maker?
This role will involve making outbound calls to businesses concerning private medical insurance and other services.
You'll be generating business leads and setting up appointments by telephone for experience field sales consultants to carry out. You'll need to quickly establish relationships with the decision makers within the business you are contacting whilst working to monthly personal targets. It's important you can efficiently manage your own data to maximise your bonus opportunity.
What are we looking for in a Telesales Agent / Appointment Maker?
- Previous telesales experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- The right attitude and behaviour is important
- You need to be self-motivated and thrive in a target driven environment
- Strong communication skills are key (both written and verbal English)
- A strong work ethic is crucial
- First impressions count so a confident and professional telephone manner will go a long way
Working Hours: Our team work a minimum of 13.5 hours per week, with the following shifts: 9.30am-1pm, 9.30am-3pm, or 9.30am-4.30pm.
