Entertainment/Leisure Industry sector company is looking for a FTC HR manger for 5 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
The main remit covers:
- Employee Relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary and capability issues.
- Taking the lead in supporting the roll out of the systems move at site level; there is a project management team employed by Group but this needs to be implemented and actioned at site level.
- Ensuring the permanent payroll is processed each month
- Completing company KPI's monthly
- Project championing the employee opinion survey
- Supporting the broader team in recruitment and learning and development activity as required to meet overall objectives.
CIPD level 5 or higher, you will gave experience of managing complex ER cases, experience in either retail or leisure industries and be able to get stuck in and hit the ground running.
