Our client, a leading organisation based in Sheffield is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to roll out training regarding their support services

Responsibilities for this role include:

* Writing, developing and delivering training courses
* Producing training materials in a range of formats
* Working collaboratively with the HR team and managers in order to identify training needs
* Providing 1:1 training delivery as well as delivering to large groups
* Utilising up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and training developments
* Understanding funding for training and development, funding reforms and the different types of funding available
* Outstanding written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people on all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
