Our Client College is located in the borough of Surrey, Guilford and is seeking an LSA to work one-to-one with students in an immediate start.
The required SEN LSA's will need to have already worked with SEN students before so are aware of the complex needs and requirements that will be involved in this position.
The pupils have some behavioural issues but are overall friendly and outgoing children. LSA's who can implement strong behaviour management, but can also encourage them to excel educationally, socially and emotionally would be perfect for this LSA role!
With all of an LSA's time being dedicated to work 1:1 with selected students it is important they are resilient, friendly and great at building relationships.
The Head Teacher is welcoming all CVs as soon as possible and will be asking for trail days to see each applicant's interaction with the pupil.
These SEN LSA roles could be perfect for a recent Graduate who is seeking to enhance their experience working with SEN. Or for an experienced SEN TA seeking a new and exciting position!
